The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Some parts (like electrical components or custom-ordered items) may not be eligible for return unless defective.
2. How to Initiate a Return

3. Return Shipping
If the return is due to a defective or wrong item, we will cover the return shipping.
For all other reasons (e.g., changed your mind), the return shipping cost must be borne by the customer.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
